The Service provides real-time traffic predictions for travelers from Singapore to Johor Bahru and vice versa. It also includes analytics features, such as Google Analytics, to monitor user interactions and improve the Service. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account using your mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

The Service offers subscription plans with a 7-day free trial. After the trial period, you will be charged based on the selected billing interval (monthly or yearly). Payments are processed through Stripe, and you agree to Stripe's terms and conditions.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for Premium subscriptions. If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase by emailing [email protected] or submitting a contact form on our website. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. No refunds will be provided for unused portions of the subscription outside this 30-day period unless required by law.

You can manage your subscription and cancel at any time through the customer portal provided by Stripe. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and no refunds will be provided for unused portions of the subscription.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers.
• Use any automated means to access the Service without our permission.
• Share login credentials, such as one-time passwords (OTPs), to allow unauthorized access to the Service, which may result in account suspension.
• Circumvent or disable analytics tracking (e.g., Google Analytics cookies) in a manner that disrupts the Service’s functionality or analytics accuracy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content and materials on the Service, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of WoodlandsCheckpoint.com or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the traffic predictions or any other information provided through the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability
