The Service provides real-time traffic predictions, historical data analysis, and live traffic imagery for travelers between Singapore and Johor Bahru. The Service may also include sponsored content, relevant travel offers, and analytics features to improve user experience.

3. User Accounts & Profile Integrity

To access Premium features, you must register using your mobile number and complete a "Traveler Profile." You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration and profile update process.

Maintaining accurate data is essential to our community-supported model. Providing false, misleading, or clearly fabricated profile data constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate suspension of your access.

4. Access & The "Community Pass"

4.1 Free Access Model: Premium prediction features are provided free of monetary charge ("Community Pass") in exchange for the user providing and maintaining an updated Traveler Profile.

4.2 Access Duration: Submission of a complete Traveler Profile grants Premium access for a period of 90 days. Upon expiration, access will be paused until the user reviews and renews their profile data to ensure it remains current.

4.3 Value Exchange: By using the Service, you acknowledge that the provision of your profile data and your consent to receive relevant sponsored content constitutes the consideration (value) provided in exchange for the Service.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, its systems, or other users' accounts.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers.
• Use any automated means (scraping, bots, etc.) to access the Service or collect data without our permission.
• Share login credentials, such as one-time passwords (OTPs), to allow unauthorized access to the Service.
• Circumvent or disable analytics tracking or the profile verification process.

6. Intellectual Property

All content and materials on the Service, including text, graphics, logos, traffic prediction algorithms, and software, are the property of WoodlandsCheckpoint.com or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the traffic predictions, travel times, or any other information provided through the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WoodlandsCheckpoint.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, including but not limited to traffic delays, missed appointments, or fuel costs.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, our business partners, or us.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
